What happened on December 11?
Disney’s wonderful fairytale The Princess and the Frog was released on this December day in 2009. The very same day we wish actress Ashley Hinshaw (*1988) a happy birthday.
One place you wouldn’t expect too many frogs are the mountains, right?
Yet you’d be amazed to find (not only) a wide variety of frogs, and possibly even princesses in there. Go out for a hike, as we celebrate World Mountain Day today.
And if they’re too far away, take a KIA to drive you there. The South-Korean car manufacturer was established in 1944. Switch on the sound system and let composer Hector Berlioz (*1803) be the background music to your road trip. Want something delicious to snack on along the way? Chef Marco Pierre White (*1961) is your man!
And once arrived in at the mountainy scenery, read a few some lines from poet Alfred de Musset (*1810). But don’t stay out in the cold for too long or you’ll catch a cold. Luckily, medic Robert Koch (*1843) invented a cure for tuberculosis long ago. Still, better safe than sorry!
Celebrating good times feels nice, right?
