What happened on December 22?
The year 1989 was hectic and joyful in many ways. Its key event happened on this very date when the Brandenburg Gate in Berlin re-opened. After literally separating the city into ‘East’ and ‘West’ for nearly 30 years.
Thankfully, we have comedian Anthony Jeselnik (*1978) here with us today to throw around some jokes after the initial heavy memory!
And what will Slovakia’s engineer Herman Potocnik (*1892) and Italian composer Giacomo Puccini (*1858) build for us today?
Surely, it will provide ideas for Ralph Fiennes‘ (*1962) next acting role and a splendid radio review by Gene Rayburn (*1917).
Celebrating good times feels nice, right?
